Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
PC Hardware/Software troubleshooting.
Provide technical network support.

CUSTOMER CARECONSULTANT
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service, by being proactive and providing value added information to the customer.
To answer all customer interactions by phone on IT related enquiries, and product features.
Answers all customer interactions on a timely basis, takes accurate information, route to relevant parties if necessary for resolution, and to ensure timely response to the customers.
Recognizes customer problems and resolves it for customers' satisfaction directly or through transfer to proper unit for resolution.
To feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (preferably in IT or Computer Science)
MUST be able to speak, read and write in English & Malay. Mandarin is an advantage.
The candidate must possess PC/laptop hardware/software knowledge and some basic network knowledge
Must have knowledge in PC troubleshooting, Windows XP, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook & etc…
Willing to work in Puchong area & willing to travel
Excellent Customer Service & Telephone Communication skills
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferred language(s): Chinese.
