Providing excellent customer service, by being proactive and providing value added information to the customer. |

To answer all customer interactions by phone on IT related enquiries, and product features. |

Answers all customer interactions on a timely basis, takes accurate information, route to relevant parties if necessary for resolution, and to ensure timely response to the customers. |

Recognizes customer problems and resolves it for customers’ satisfaction directly or through transfer to proper unit for resolution. |

To feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis. |

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree (preferably in IT or Computer Science)

MUST be able to speak, read and write in English & Malay. Mandarin is an advantage. |

The candidate must posses PC/laptop hardware/software knowledge and some basic network knowledge |
| |
• |
Must have knowledge in PC troubleshooting, Windows XP, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook & etc… |

Willing to work in Puchong area & willing to travel |

Excellent Customer Service & Telephone Communication skills |

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English |

Preferred language(s): Chinese. |

Degree in Computer Science or IT related with 1 to 2 years working experiences (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) |

In-depth knowledge of Linux Operating System platform |

Networking Knowledge |

Required skills: PHP, AJAX, HTML, PERL, CSS, JAVA |

Knowledge in hotel operation will be advantageous |

Good knowledge of integrating web applications with MySQL and other related databases |
