TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service, by being proactive and providing value added information to the customer.
  • To answer all customer interactions by phone on IT related enquiries, and product features.
  • Answers all customer interactions on a timely basis, takes accurate information, route to relevant parties if necessary for resolution, and to ensure timely response to the customers.
  • Recognizes customer problems and resolves it for customers' satisfaction directly or through transfer to proper unit for resolution.
  • To feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A", any field.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Willing to work on shift.
  • Willing to Travel.
